Where to Fish. Coarse fishing venues in Dorset - Dorset Stour, Parley The Dorset Stour at Parley is controlled by Ringwood & District Anglers Association and offers over a mile of excellent coarse fishing. The Stour varies in depth here but averages around 5 ft.

Chub fishing here is fantastic with fish to 8lb - try tempting them with bread flake. This stretch also holds the odd barbel which will take bread, pellets, meat or boilies. There are also some decent sized roach present which will take bread or maggot which is a good bet for chub and dace too. Some pike are also present which will take sea deadbaits.

fishing dawn to two hours after sunset.
barbless hooks only
