Town Parks Fishery offers coarse fishing, set in a beautiful Devonshire valley. With picturesque surroundings and an abundance of natural wildlife their can be no better place to fish. The fishery is situated on the outskirts of Torbay’s English Riviera, providing easy road links from most destinations.
The site comprises of two coarse fishing lakes, each around one and a half acres in size.
Specimen Lake: this holds the largest coarse fish making it slightly more expensive to fish, but still very competitively priced. The largest carp in this lake is 30lbs+, whilst other coarse fish species are stocked to large sizes. This is a lake for the competent specimen fisherman who wants to catch a lot of twenty pounds plus fish. The Specimen Lake contains around 250 fish to 30lbs
Match Lake: stocked with smaller match size coarse fish, even novices are almost guaranteed a catch here. The Match Lake is heavily stocked with carp and tench to around 5lbs, chub, bream, roach, rudd, golden rudd and perch. This lake has parking right next to it and equipment can be unloaded right at the water edge. Regular coarse fishing open matches are held on this lake which usually attract fifteen plus anglers.
Toilets are on site and situated next to the shop
There are disabled facilities on site, the toilets are suitable for disabled persons, whiles our lakes have some specialist swims with ramps that are easily accessible
the small shop stocks most baits [eg maggots, boilies] as well as hot drinks and snacks, cold drinks and chocolate bars.
